Terms and Conditions

Leasing Duration: Art can be leased for periods of 6 months, 12 months, or longer. Clients may opt to renew or rotate the art at the end of each term.

Pricing: Monthly fees vary based on the size, prestige, and complexity of the artwork. Discounts are available for long-term commitments.

Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel the lease with a 30-day notice. Early termination fees may apply.
Insurance

Liability: Clients must obtain an insurance policy covering accidental damage, theft, or loss of the artwork during the leasing period.

Coverage: Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to delivery and installation of the leased art.
Transport and Installation

Delivery: Mr. Pinkbrush provides secure transportation of all leased artwork, ensuring no damage during transit. Delivery fees are included in the leasing fee.

Installation: Professional installation is provided to ensure the artwork is showcased perfectly in corporate, hotel, or residential spaces.
Agreement
All leases require a signed contract outlining the terms and conditions. Renewal or rotation requests must
be submitted 30 days before the lease
term ends.
